When will my exchange be processed?Updated 2 years ago

INH Professional will happily exchange any unaltered hair pieces within 90 days from the date of purchase. Eligible exchanges must have no chemical altering (ex. toning, coloring, bleaching) or altering like cutting of the hair.

For authorized returns in good condition, we will exchange the order within one business day. Original item must be returned within 10 days. If we do not receive the original hair within 10 days, you'll be charged for both the original order + exchange items.  

When will I receive my exchange?

Exchanges will be processed within one business day. Exchanged products must be sent within 10 days of receiving the RMA form.
