What is INH Professional’s warranty on the hair?Updated a year ago

INH Professional offers a 90 day warranty on all hair from the date of purchase. We will accept any returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase as long as there has been no chemical altering (ex. toning, coloring, bleaching) or cutting of the hair.

Requests for refund must be submitted within 90 days from the date of purchase. Photo evidence of the unaltered item(s) may be requested in order to qualify for a return or exchange. 

Requests after 90 days will be considered at the discretion of INH Professional.
