Please have your order number and reason for return ready, and let us know if you’d like to refund or exchange your purchase. We will provide return instructions and a return label.
Returns/exchanges must be sent within 10 days of receiving the RMA form.
Canada Orders
At this time, we’re only able to provide return labels for US orders. For returns from Canada, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our support team.
